The CTA English as a Second Language (ESL) Individuals whose primary language is not English prepare for study at U.S. colleges and in conversation, advanced listening and speaking, pronunciation, reading, writing, and grammar are offered at pre-intermediate through advanced levels.

Weekly ESL Program

This intensive ESL program helps individuals who want or need to improve their English quickly for academic or professional purposes. Each week, students take 15 to 18 hours of instruction in small, integrated skills courses focusing on listening/speaking/pronunciation, reading/vocabulary and writing/grammar.
