Weekly

The Cañas Tennis Academy weekly program is designed for players seeking to improve their tennis ability in an intensive short-term program. Weekly athletes maximize their time on court and focus on key aspects of their game.

Weekly CTA student athletes focus on the core aspects of CTA Integral System: Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental development. The CTA weekly program enables each player to develop two or three components of their game utilizing a unique schedule.

Each Weekly/Part Time player begins with a tennis and performance evaluation. The results of the evaluation are presented to each athlete and then an individual plan is developed. The players are evaluated on an ongoing basis and all results are carefully tracked.
